Getting started at Maverick is a breeze! Our entire application and leasing process is paperless, making it super convenient for you. Simply visit our website and click on “Apply” in the top right corner. Once you submit your application, we’ll review it promptly, and if approved, you’ll receive your lease via email. Welcome to a hassle-free experience!

We’re here to ensure your home is always in top shape! You can easily submit any maintenance or service requests through our resident portal or by sending us an email. If you find yourself in an emergency situation, don’t hesitate to give us a call—we’re ready to send someone over right away to assist you!

For those who rely on public transport, you’ll be pleased to know that the Indy Go Bus Stop is conveniently located on County Line Road, just a stone’s throw away from our community. Getting around Greenwood has never been easier!

At Maverick, we absolutely love our furry friends! We’re proud to be a pet-friendly community, allowing up to 2 pets per apartment (with some breed restrictions). To ensure all pets are well-suited for our community, we utilize Pet Screening for our four-legged residents. There’s a pet rent of $25/month per pet, along with a one-time fee of $300 per pet. Please note that certain breeds are restricted, including Akitas, Boxers, Dobermans, and more. We can’t wait to welcome your pets into our family!

Absolutely! We encourage you to make your apartment feel like home. Feel free to hang decor such as shelves, curtains, and posters—just remember to keep any holes smaller than a penny. Your personal touch is what makes our community shine!

Yes! We believe in letting you express yourself in your space. You’re welcome to paint your walls and truly make it your own. Just remember to return them to their original color before moving out—this way, everyone can enjoy the fresh look!

To keep everyone protected, we do require residents to have $100,000 in liability insurance, with Maverick listed as an additional interest on the policy. It’s a small step that ensures peace of mind for all.

As part of your move-in process, you’ll need to set up utilities such as electric (Duke), cable (Xfinity), and Internet. This allows you to customize your services just the way you like them!

Paying rent at Maverick is simple and convenient! Residents can easily manage their payments through the resident portal, or if you prefer traditional methods, you can pay via check. We strive to make every aspect of living here easy and enjoyable!

Maverick is a non-smoking community. Smoking of cigarettes and other substances/devices is strictly prohibited in your apartment home as well as throughout the community grounds. Failure to comply with the Maverick smoking policy will result in eviction.
